Terms of use
Last updated: October 2026
These terms cover using Merry Photo. They are written to be read, not lawyered. If anything here is unclear, email hello@example.com.
What the service is
Merry Photo is a design tool. You upload your own photos, arrange them on a template, and download digital files you can print yourself — at a photo lab, a print shop or at home. We do not print, ship or mail anything.
Files are digital and delivered immediately: the moment your payment goes through, your downloads are ready on your order page.
Your photos and your card
You keep every right to your photos. By uploading them for checkout you give us permission to process them for one purpose: generating your files and, if you use it, your e-card. That permission ends when we delete the photos (see the privacy page for the dates).
You are responsible for having the right to use and share the photos you upload — for example, that you took them, or the photographer who did has allowed personal printing.
What you may do with the files
Print as many copies as you like, for personal use: mail them, hand them out, pin them to the fridge. You may share your e-card link with anyone you choose.
You may not resell the files, use the designs commercially, or remove our mark from the back of the card.
Payments and refunds
Checkout is operated by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record; prices include the sales tax they collect where applicable.
Our refund promise is on the refunds page. In one line: a full refund within 14 days if you have not downloaded your files or opened your e-card link.
Availability and changes
The edit window runs until January 15 — until then you can keep editing your card and your files update automatically. After that date, your already-downloaded files are yours to keep.
We may improve or change designs and features during the season. If we ever discontinue the service, files you paid for remain downloadable through the end of the season's edit window.
