Who we are

Merry Photo makes printable Christmas photo cards. You design on our site, download print-ready files, and print them wherever you like. For questions about privacy, email hello@example.com — that inbox is read by the people who build the site.

What we collect

While you design: your photos, family name and design choices stay in your browser's own storage (IndexedDB) on your device. They are not uploaded anywhere.

At checkout only: you upload the photos needed to build your files, and we receive your order email address from our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy.

As you browse: anonymous page events (for example, 'someone opened the designs page') so we know which pages help people. These events carry no name, no cookies and no IP address.

How long we keep things

Your draft (photos, text, design) lives only on your device until you check out. Clearing your browser storage deletes it; we cannot recover it.

After checkout, server copies of your photos are deleted when the edit window closes on January 15, and in any case 60 days after your purchase.

Photos uploaded during checkout but never paid for are deleted after 48 hours.

E-card images are deleted after January 31.

Payments

Payments are handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy, acting as Merchant of Record. They process your card details, collect sales tax or VAT where required, and send you the receipt. We never see or store your payment card details.

Cookies and trackers

We use no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies and no third-party pixels. There are no social-media tracking tags on this site. The only thing stored on your device is your own card draft in browser storage, which you can delete at any time by clearing site data.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children, and there is no account system for children to sign up to.

Email hello@example.com — we answer from that address only. We won't call you or ask for payment details by email.
